Single solenoid valve

 

Port Size:

• 6.35 mm to 12.7 mm (1/4" BSP. to 1/2" BSP.)
• 12.7 mm to 50 mm (1/2" BSP. to 2" BSP.)

 

The main valves operates when the solenoid is energized, the Port 'P' is connected to Port 'A' and Port 'EX' is blocked. When solenoid is de-energized, the valve returns to its original position. The valve is provided with a larger exhaust port for quick release of air.

5-Port Spool Type Pilot Operated Solenoid Valve

 

Port Size: 6.35 mm to 25 mm (1/4" BSP. To 1 1/4" BSP)

 

The main valve operates when solenoid is energized. Port 'P' is connected to Port 'A' and Port 'B' to port 'EB'. When the solenoid is de-energized the valve returns to its original position. Port 'P' is connected to Port 'B' and Port 'A' to Port 'EA'. This type of operation is ideal when automatic return of valve on electric power failure is required.

How it operates:

 

• The main valve operates when one solenoid is energized and it remains in the same position when the power to the solenoid is disconnected

 

• The valve does not return to the original position until the second solenoid energized. The solenoid may be energized momentarily or continuously depending upon application

 

• Double solenoid valve is ideally used when equipment should not change position on electric power failure

 

• Pressure held neutral and pressure release neutral type three position double solenoid valve can be offered. 3 position also available
